Ozan Isinak brings extensive International Management Consulting and Project Management
experience to Icon Angels from the Interactive/Technology and Corporate Banking industries.
Prior to co-founding Icon Angels, Ozan worked as the Manager of Product Strategy for the
Small Business Banking & Private Wealth Management Group at
CIBC (Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce),
Sr. Management Consultant for
IconMedialab, and Sr. Project Manager at
AnswerThink Consulting Group.
He has provided strategic consulting, project management, and business development services for
numerous Global 1000 companies such as Siemens, VISA, Allianz Insurance, Cisco Systems, and
Providian Bank based in San Francisco, Toronto, Hamburg, Munich, and Los Angeles.
Ozan received his MBA in Finance from the University of San Francisco - McLaren School
of Business in 1998 and also holds a double major in Economics & Political Science from
the University of Western Ontario.

Ahmet Yalcin has 20+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Business Integration and various Strategy and
Technology-related Businesses in over 15 countries in Europe, Asia, Middle East and USA.
Before joining Icon Angels, Ahmet was a Partner & Managing Director at
Accenture Germany
(former Andersen Consulting), a global Consulting
company with US$15+ bn revenues and 125.000+ people. Having worked 15 years (mostly in Germany, Austria,
Switzerland and Hungary) he accepted the Managing Director position for Accenture Turkey, where he served for 5 years.
During this time frame, Ahmet also served as the regional manager for the Middle East.
Before joining Accenture, Ahmet worked for
CSC Computer Sciences Corporation (USA) for over 8 years as Senior
Consultant, Project Manager in IT, Startegy Consultant, and Systems Integrator.
Ahmet has overall experience in General Management; Program Management; Thought Leadership; Customer
Relationship Management; Business Reengineering: Corporate Strategy; New Ventures; Mergers & Acquisitions.
Lee Akay - Executive Board Advisor

Lee Akay has over 20 years of experience in business and technology management. As a senior

Darrell Brookstein - Executive Board Advisor
