Ozan Isinak brings extensive International Management Consulting and Project Management
experience to Icon Angels from the Interactive/Technology and Corporate Banking industries.
Prior to co-founding Icon Angels, Ozan worked as the Manager of Product Strategy for the
Small Business Banking & Private Wealth Management Group at CIBC (Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce),
Sr. Management Consultant for IconMedialab, and Sr. Project Manager at AnswerThink Consulting Group.
He has provided strategic consulting, project management, and business development services for
numerous Global 1000 companies such as Siemens, VISA, Allianz Insurance, Cisco Systems, and
Providian Bank based in San Francisco, Toronto, Hamburg, Munich, and Los Angeles.
Ozan received his MBA in Finance from the University of San Francisco - McLaren School
of Business in 1998 and also holds a double major in Economics & Political Science from
the University of Western Ontario.

Darrell Brookstein - Executive Board Advisor

grew to over $8 billion in market capitalization. Mr. Brookstein has operated Broker/Dealers, Registered
Investment Advisors, Commodity Trading Advisors, as well as private equity and hedge funds as president or
managing director. In Mr. Brookstein’s extensive career in natural resource finance and venture capital, he
was a key participant in early-stage financing of several of the most productive mining and natural gas
companies of the last 25 years. He has written extensively and been interviewed internationally on financial
and investment subjects, and was editor of the respected monthly newsletter, The Prospector, for 9 years.
Mr. Brookstein began to focus his professional energies into building the leading financial and corporate
development firm for advanced and so-called small technologies companies in 2001.
In early 2002, he and National Academy of Sciences member, and noted bio-nanoscientist, Erkki Ruoslahti,
MD, PhD began collaboration to found The Nanotech Company, LLC to act as general partner
for nanotech and other advanced technology early stage investment vehicles. Mr. Brookstein is
Managing Director of the firm. The company also owns www.Nanotechnology.com.
He is the author of the highly rated Nanotech Fortunes: Make Yours in the Boom. Winning Strategies;
, and editor of the respected e-digest of nanotech news, "The Best of the NanoWeek" as

PODCASTS, BITTEREND, DTT, WIMAX, VOD, P2P) and other TV optimizing consumer products and forms of TV
distribution, marketing, branding, market penetration, thematic and local channel development,
and developing mainstream revenue sources from the U.S for film and TV production.
