Q. How do I know if the money that is being raised is originating from legitimate sources?
Icon Angels is made up of an exclusive, accredited and legitimate group of angel
investors, investment companies, and partners. All members are like-minded individuals
who hold high accountability within their business as well as social communities. Every
member of Icon Angels is subject to a screening by the managing partners. Icon Angels will
refuse any membership or investment opportunity that it feels may violate any laws anywhere
in the world. In addition, our investment process always includes face-to-face introductions
with investors. No company will ever receive funding without proper face-to-face
introductions where they can begin to foster a relationship. The final verdict to
participate in a deal is NEVER an Icon Angels decision.
Q. How long does the 'pre-screening' process take before our company is showcased to the Icon
Angels network?
The pre-screening process can take anywhere between 3-8 weeks.
Q. Does it costs to present for Icon Angels?
Yes. There are two fees associated while working with Icon Angels: A very minimum upfront
fixed fee that covers our basic costs and a commission on capital raised. The reason
we are still in operation while making a significant portion of our revenues through
commission on capital raised proves our success rate. However, please note that Icon
Angels NEVER guarantees funds.
Q. Am I guaranteed funds?
Icon Angels can never guarantee funds for any company or investor.
Q. What should my company prepare for?
Your company must have a 'water-proof' business model with REALISTIC financial forecasts.
International investors tend to be very jittery while reading business plans
(especially those originating from US companies as they tend to be over-the-top
optimistic) so it is recommended that companies write their business plans and forecasts
with the perspective: "If I were an investors, what would I think of this plan and
would it make me invest my money?"

Q. How do I become a member of Icon Angels?
Icon Angels is made up of an exclusive network of accredited and legitimate group of

members through current member-referrals and word-of-mouth, however if you wish to apply
for a membership, please feel free to contact us with your information. Please note that
you must be an accredited investor to join the network.

501 of Regulation D as:

assets exceeding $5 million;

most recent years or joint income with a spouse exceeding $300,000 for those
years and a reasonable expectation of the same income level in the current year;
- A trust with assets in excess of $5 million, not formed to acquire
the securities offered, whose purchases a sophisticated person makes.
Q. Does it cost to become a member?
Yes. There is a very insignificant annual membership fee that covers our basic
administrative costs.
Q. What is the 'Scope Room'?
The Scope Room is a proprietary web-based 'online due diligence collaboration'

review qualified deals and participate in due diligence from anywhere in the world.
