The purpose of Icon Angels is to increase deal flow to its members by pre-screening all potential companies such that only those companies with genuine market potential receive attention while also striving to decrease investment risks and costs through group participation in the due diligence process through the use of ‘Scope Room’; a proprietary back-end application accessible only by registered members to facilitate the due diligence process and communication between investors and the company.
