A new and unique international Angel/Venture Capital investment community launched its services recently in
Europe and the United States.
The founder of Icon Angels, Ozan Isinak, based in Los Angeles California was quoted as describing the new
organization as “…a private community of angel investors who share a distinct fortitude towards investing
into entrepreneurship on a global scale. I want to emphasize the ‘global’ aspect of our organization as we
are far beyond an angel investment forum based in one geographic location. We are a relatively new
company – we started our operations during the summer of 2006, however we already have one international
deal completed and are working on dozens more. We provide the tools, the technology, the know-how, and the
guidance so that our member investors can lower investment risks as well as the cost of performing due
diligence. Our unique, practical, and direct involvement with the investment process helps both investors
and entrepreneurs ensure a high partnership success rate.”
The firm serves both sides of the investment deal: the investor as well as the entrepreneur.
Icon Angels for the global Angel investor: Icon Angels is a platform specifically designed to showcase
pre-qualified global opportunities to an exclusive members-only network of like-minded investors. Through
a network of local partnerships, Icon Angels aims to reduce due diligence costs, reduce risks, and
therefore flow better deals on a global basis.
Icon Angels for Entrepreneurs: Almost every entrepreneur needs more than just capital – they need
coaching, consulting, and advice from professional investors who have been through the experience.
The Icon Angel Network is designed to service investors and innovative companies on a global scale.
The international Icon Angels platform intends to help its accredited members collaborate in due diligence
activities and individually invest in early-stage companies. Generally, members will invest between $50k
to upwards of $10MM+ in prospective start up companies.
